Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2009

The Neovan Networks service allows users to send files to one or more recipients identified by a valid email address (the "Service") either through the web site (the "Site") or one of the Neovan Networks software applications or plug-ins available for download from the Site (the "Software"). The Service operates by storing the user files on a Neovan Networks server and then sending to the recipient(s) an email message that contains a link to the user file. The recipient(s) can then access and download the user file by clicking on the link.

We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information we receive from users of the Site, the Service and the Software. If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, you should contact Neovan Networks at or at the following address: Privacy Matters c/o Neovan Networks, Inc., 10161 Phar Lap Dr., Cupertino, CA. 95014.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on the home page of the Site. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Neovan Networks Terms of Services.
